A bus carrying 20 middle and high school students slid out of control down a street in Sutton, Mass., on Tuesday, according to CBS Boston.
Video of the bus sliding down the road was caught by a resident who was watching from a nearby window.
The freeze caused slippery conditions that made the driver lose control.
The district superintendent said road crews had treated main roads but had not gotten around to treating side streets.
Police confirmed that children were on board the bus but no one was hurt. This incident was one of two bus crashes reported in Sutton today.
The bus came to stop as it hit a Toyota Camry at the bottom of the sloping street, but the driver of the auto, a CT resident, had already gotten out because his vehicle was stuck.
A video posted to Facebook Tuesday showed the bus sliding down a road that has a slight hill.
Everyone was OK, Katz said, but she said there should've been a school delay to the weather. There were minor damages to the bus, but both the bus and the auto it hit were able to drive away.
The bus slid down Peach Tree Drive at around 7:30 a.m. after freezing rain left the road coated in ice.
